Orange Grove Roundabout is one of the hubs of Bath and from it you can get your bearings for visiting the city. Bath is not a hard place to find your way around but it is sometimes a good idea to find somewhere to set as your starting point and then maps are so much easier to use.
If you are travelling with a group or even if there are just two or three of you it is handy to agree on a meeting place, in case one of you gets lost and this location would be good because it doesnŐt get too crowded. It is sometimes hard to see who is who in the crowds near to the Abbey or the Baths, let alone in the main shopping streets, so somewhere a little bit more off the beaten track is quite handy.
