This is a great shot taken from a stretch of the Riverside Walk on the south of the city, just opposite the Bath Spa Railway Station. Just above us you can see a footbridge spanning the river which connects Rossiter Road to the train station car park, a popular shortcut used by locals to get to and from the station.
This particular panorama also gives a great idea of the greenery flanking the river, with so many beautiful overhanging trees to walk under as you go. Continuing to the right would take you literally around the bend and onto Bath Rugby Club and the famous Pulteney Bridge. To the left would take you away from the city centre and towards Green Park, a large and popular area covering both banks of the river.
