Another shot here from inside the famous Bath Guildhall Market. You can easily see what a diverse and colourful range of shops there are to visit inside the market, all cosily located side-by-side. Surrounded by all the shops is the Market Pillar you can see in the photo; one of the few remaining features of the original 18th-century marketplace. The Pillar is also known as the ÔNailÕ due to its shape and is an interesting piece of Bath history.
It really is great fun looking around Bath Market; not many markets have a party shop covered in colourful feather boas right next door to a delicatessen, opposite a sweet shop. As long as the feathers don't get into the cheese counter, I guess itÕs okay!
