This shot of Henrietta Park was taken at the entrance halfway down Great Pulteney Street. Henrietta Park is one of the largest in the city and is very popular with families and couples looking to get some fresh air or enjoy a picnic on the grass. The park is full of beautiful flower beds and trees, as well as shrubberies and a Ôsensory gardenÕ which has been planted with many flowers and shrubs which have particularly enjoyable scents.
As you can see, simply setting foot into this attractive park should lower your blood pressure a few notches and give you time to relax and (hopefully) enjoy the weather. There are other entrances to the park, but this one is easy to find by simply crossing the Pulteney Bridge and continuing for about five minutes.
